Crossroad Springs: a new series about faith, family and forgiveness

In a world often marked by hurry and distance, Crossroad Springs reminds us of what it truly means to come home, to family and to God.

From November 4, you can watch this brand-new series filled with faith, hope and togetherness on New Faith Network. We are starting strong: on premiere day, both Episode 1 and 2 will be available to stream. After that, a new episode arrives every week. In spring 2026, part two of Season 1 continues the Hamilton family’s story.

About Crossroad Springs

Crossroad Springs takes place on Red Oak Ranch, home to the Hamilton family. Father Willis Hamilton runs the ranch together with his sister Amy. He dreams of his children one day taking over, but his daughter Janet and son James have chosen their own paths. Janet works as a doctor in her own clinic, while James serves as a pastor in a church outside of town. To their father’s disappointment, both have left ranch life behind.

James sits on the porch with his guitar, lost in thought about returning home and his search for faith and direction.

When Willis falls from his horse and is seriously injured, James returns home to help. His return stirs up old tensions but also brings new encounters, including with his childhood sweetheart Maggie. Meanwhile, Janet tries to find balance between calling and responsibility, especially when her long-standing feud with neighbour Daniel Newman takes an unexpected turn.

Who’s who in Crossroad Springs

Crossroad Springs is a series about faith, family and the art of forgiveness. Between open fields and old family wounds, it shows that faith is not always easy, but that it often grows strongest when life puts it to the test.

In Crossroad Springs, you will meet a mix of familiar faces and new characters. Many of the actors will be known to New Faith Network viewers from Heartland and When Calls the Heart. Together, they bring to life themes of faith, family and forgiveness in a heartfelt and relatable way.

James Hamilton – played by Jonathan Stoddard

James is a pastor who returns home after many years to support his family. His faith is his compass, but back home that compass is put to the test.

Father Willis, with his signature hat and weathered expression, embodies the strength of tradition on the ranch.

Willis Hamilton – played by Shaun Johnston
Willis is the head of the family and the proud owner of Red Oak Ranch. He is determined to keep the land in the family, but that desire causes friction. Shaun Johnston is, of course, known from Heartland

Janet Hamilton – played by Emily Alatalo
Janet has built a life away from the ranch, but her heart is still tied to home. As a doctor, she wants to help others while wrestling with her own choices.

Amy Hamilton – played by Kate Drummond
Amy is Willis’s sister and the steady presence on the ranch. She does her best to hold the family together even when old wounds reopen. Kate Drummond will be familiar to some viewers from a guest role in Heartland

The residents of Crossroad Springs gather in the decorated barn — a symbol of community, reconciliation, and new beginnings.

Daniel Newman – played by Jesse Hutch
Daniel is the neighbour and longtime rival of the Hamiltons. The conflict between their families goes back generations, yet beneath the tension lies a quiet hope for reconciliation.

Maggie – played by Brittany Underwood
Maggie runs the local café and is James’s former love. Their reunion shows that forgiveness can begin with a single honest conversation.

Crossroad Springs weaves these lives together into one story about faith, grace and connection. Each character carries their own burden but finds along the way a glimmer of hope and sometimes even a small miracle.

The world of Crossroad Springs

The family sits together at the table in prayer, a quiet moment of connection amid the tensions within the household.

Crossroad Springs shows how deeply faith, family, and tradition are intertwined. While father Willis holds on to what has always been, James wonders what God’s calling means in today’s world. Caught between the pull of the past and the call of the future, they search for a faith not bound by rules but made visible in the way they live and love. It’s a story about coming home, clashing worlds, and the grace to begin again. Crossroad Springs reminds us what it truly means to come home.

When to watch Crossroad Springs

Starting November 4, the first two episodes will be available on New Faith Network. After that, a new episode will premiere each week. In spring 2026, part two of Season 1 continues the story.
